BioReach is proud to offer career shadowing opportunities for students, aspiring phlebotomists, and future Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLTs). This program provides a unique behind-the-scenes experience in clinical laboratory settings, guided by experienced professionals passionate about diagnostics and public health.
Program Overview
Whether you’re exploring a new career or preparing for school admission, this is your chance to witness lab science in action.
Phlebotomy Track
- Observe experienced phlebotomists in outpatient and mobile settings
- Learn about specimen collection, patient interaction, and safety protocols
MLT Track
- Shadow certified lab technicians in microbiology, hematology, and chemistry labs
- Gain insight into quality control, instrumentation, and clinical workflows
